Role Overview

We are seeking a Director/Lead of Education Services to establish, lead, and continuously scale ketteQ’s global training and education function. This leader will be responsible for strategy, systems, content, delivery, and governance across all audiences: customers, partners, and internal consultants.

This role will oversee the design and delivery of functional, technical, and certification training programs, leveraging modern LMS platforms and learning tools. They will build and manage the learning platform, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure ketteQ training becomes an industry benchmark.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will shape the vision, select, optimize, and maintain the technology ecosystem, and ensure courses are continuously developed, delivered, and updated to support ketteQ’s growth.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

1.        Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own the long-term education strategy for customers, partners, and internal consultants.
  • Establish and lead “ketteQ Academy” (branding for the training program) as a recognized enabler of client success and partner productivity.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align education goals with business priorities.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of instructional designers, trainers, and program managers.

2.        Program Development & Content

  • Oversee the design and delivery of curricula across product modules (demand, inventory, supply, capacity, ATP, integration, analytics).
  • Develop structured learning paths, role-based training, and certification programs for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure content creation standards that support multiple formats: e-learning, labs, workshops, and self-paced learning.
  • Integrate modern authoring tools, AI-driven content development, and adaptive learning practices.

3.        Technology & Delivery

  • Select, implement, and manage the LMS and supporting platforms (authoring, certification engines, virtual labs).
  • Ensure ease of content publishing and delivery to internal teams, partners, and customer users.
  • Drive integration with Salesforce and other business systems for seamless user experience and analytics.
  • Champion data-driven insights: track learning engagement, course effectiveness, and certification adoption.

4.        Governance & Operations

  • Establish governance for training content updates, scalability, and feedback loops.
  • Define processes for continuous improvement and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Partner with Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to keep training aligned with product updates.

Requisitos

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in training, education services, enablement, or instructional design, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven record of building and scaling education programs for enterprise SaaS platforms; supply chain or planning software background strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and certification program management.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in enterprise software training.
  • Experience designing programs for multiple personas: business users, technical users, consultants, partners.
  • Strong vendor management and budgeting experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage company environment.
